Cecilia Page is the Chairperson of CT Smith Holdings Ltd, CT Smith Securities (Private) Limited, CT Smith Capital (Private) Limited, and CT Smith Asset Management (Private) Limited. She has headed the CT Smith Group since inception. She is also a Director of CT Smith Holdings PLC.

She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK

Dyan Morris

Director / Chief Executive Officer

Dyan Morris has over three decades of experience in the Sri Lankan Capital Market. He joined CT Smith Securities (Pvt) Limited at its inception as a Floor Trader in 1992, and has risen in rank over the years. Dyan has represented the Company at international roadshows and forums. Dyan holds a Certificate of Competence to operate on the Trading Floor of the Colombo Stock Exchange, issued by the SEC and CSE in 1992, and a Certificate in International Equity Markets conducted by the Securities Institute of London in 1997.

A. T. Priya Edirisinghe

Director

Priya Edirisinghe is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and holds a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration. He is a Director of CT Holdings PLC, Cargills (Ceylon) PLC and the Managing Director of PE Management Consultants (Pvt) Ltd and counts. He serves on the boards of a number of other listed and non-listed companies.

Zakir Mohamedally

Director

Zakir serves as Group Managing Director of CT Smith Holdings, Director/CEO of CT Smith Capital , and Director of CT Smith Securities and CT Smith Asset Management. Zakir is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Simon Hempel

Director

Simon Hempel is the Chief Operating Officer for Institutional Equities at CLSA Limited Hong Kong.  In this capacity he oversees operations for CLSA’s equities business across twelve countries across the globe.  He has more than 20 years’ professional experience at global Institutional Equities businesses, particularly within Asia and North America.  He is a member of the Chartered Accounts of Australia and New Zealand.

 

Anushya Coomaraswamy

Independent Director

Anushya Coomaraswamy has over 25 years of experience in Senior Management Positions in the Corporate Sector.  She was the Group Finance Director of John Keells Holdings PLC from 1994 to 2002. Thereafter she joined the Ministry of Finance and served as an Advisor, primarily on Fiscal Policy for a short period.  She has been an independent, non-executive director of Janashakthi Insurance PLC  and currently serves in this same capacity on the Board of Printcare PLC. Having served on the Boards of Transparency International (Sri Lanka) and the Centre for Policy Alternatives, she is currently on the Boards of the Law and Society Trust and the Women and Media Collective.
