Cecilia Page is the Chairperson of CT Smith Holdings Ltd, CT Smith Securities (Private) Limited, CT CLSA Capital (Private) Limited, and CT Smith Asset Management (Private) Limited. She has headed the CT Smith Group since inception. She is also a Director of CT Smith Holdings PLC. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Zakir serves as Director/Group Chief Operating Officer of CT Smith Holdings, Director/CEO of CT Smith Capital , and Director of CT Smith Securities and CT Smith Asset Management. Zakir is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Sanjay C. Niles is Executive Director of CT Holdings PLC, Director of CT Land Development PLC, Executive Director of Ceylon Theatres (Pvt) Ltd., and Director of other companies within the CT Holdings Group He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Simon Hempel is the Chief Operating Officer for Institutional Equities at CLSA Limited Hong Kong. In this capacity he oversees operations for CLSA’s equities business across twelve countries across the globe. He has more than 20 years’ professional experience at global Institutional Equities businesses, particularly within Asia and North America. He is a member of the Chartered Accounts of Australia and New Zealand.

Chanakya previously managed operations at Acuity Knowledge Partners Sri Lanka and headed its global investment research vertical. He led strategic initiatives closely with Amba Research's senior leadership before becoming Country Head. At Amba, he was Global Head of Projects and Transitions, overseeing equity and fixed income analysis engagements. He also supervised various research teams at Amba, with experience in sell-side, credit, and buy-side research. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Equity Analyst at Frontier Research and DFCC Stockbrokers in Sri Lanka, specializing in financial institutions and telecommunications sectors.
